Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

  • Processing Time: Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Faith+Fuel Co.  is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
    NOTE:  please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.

  • Shipping Time:

    • Domestic: 2-14 business days.

    • International: 2-30 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: Standard rates apply, varies by location. Most orders are shipped by USPS. However, orders may be shipped from different facilities (USPS/UPS/FedEx)

  • Tracking: All orders come with tracking. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships. Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates.

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Sizing: Please refer to the size charts and product descriptions for each item. Items marked unisex may run larger. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down. Again, please refer to the sizing charts.

 

Return Policy:

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: Contact us at faithplusfuel@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

 

Return Shipping: We will provide a return address upon approval of the return. In some cases, Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs (i.e. return was due to customer’s fault--not design, defect, or print error).

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at faithplusfuel@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to availability. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please allow 24 business hours for our customer service team to get back to you!

Custom Orders & Digital Products: All items are special order and final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.  All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.

 All digital products are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
